The diet update

My calendar isn’t with me at the moment, so I can’t remember how many weeks I’ve been on maintenance. I’m sure it’s been at least six. So far so good. My weight has fluctuations of two or three pounds, but keeps coming to rest at about 233 lbs. That is a good thing.

That evil sugar addiction doesn’t have the hold on me  it once did. Dark chocolate is probably my biggest temptation. I have it from time to time, but not much, and not every day. What I really need to do, now that the weather is showing signs of warming, is to start getting ready for a 5k in the spring. The roads are clear enough. I just need to get some decent shoes. Losing another 30 lbs would really help. But, all in due time.
